Hospital Releases Jahi McMath to Family After Threatening to Remove Her Life Support
Late Sunday night, Children’s Hospital Oakland released Jahi Mcmath to her family after a protracted legal battle over whether the hospital had the right to remove her from life support.
On Friday, the hospital reached an agreement with McMath’s family to allow a medical team to enter the hospital to perform the procedures necessary to move her to a medical facility that will continue her care and treatment. http://www.lifenews.com/2014/01/06/hospital-releases-jahi-mcmath-to-family-after-threatening-to-remove-her-life-support/
Pregnant Mom Shot in the Head Gives Birth Four Months Later While in Coma
Carolina Sepe was ten weeks pregnant when she was shot in the head by a neighbor in her Italian hometown. She was left in a coma but, four months later, doctors performed a Caesarean to save the baby.
Sadly, Sepe (left) died on Saturday, 16 days after Maria Liliana was born. The baby weighed 1.1kg and is being kept on life support, according to the Daily Telegraph newspaper. For those of us so very blessed to have raised our personal white flag in mankind’s inherently fruitless struggle against the Creator, there can be no joy in watching God-deniers continue to labor under the grandest of all deceptions. Jahi McMath Will Get Feeding and Breathing Tubes at New Medical Care Facility
Having reached an accommodation with Children’s Hospital Oakland, the family of Jahi McMath on Sunday moved the teenager, diagnosed as brain dead, to an as yet unnamed New York facility where the 13 year old has been accepted as a patient. There were numerous reports last week that New Beginnings Center in Medford, New York had agreed to take Jahi in and care for her around the clock.

Planned Parenthood Tries to Stop Texas Law Closing Abortion Clinics
This morning, a three-judge panel in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit heard arguments in Planned Parenthood v. Abbott, the case over the constitutionality of Texas’ most recent Pro-Life law, HB2. During the lively hearing that examined the existence of any undue burden, all three justices staunchly sought to review and analyze the law that raises standards on abortionists and the administration of the drugs used in chemical abortions.
The panelists were former Chief Justice Edith Jones, Justices Jennifer Elrod, and Catharina Haynes. Hassan Rasouli, a man who is in a minimally conscious state, will be transferred from the hospital that wanted him to die.
As readers may recall, Rasouli suffered complications after brain surgery. Doctors swore he would remain forever unconscious and wanted to force him off life support. Wrong!
