Get Connected Nullify ObamaCare in South Carolina Last Tuesday, FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe gave the keynote address at a rally to support nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina. Progressives are watching this fight all across America. They know that if ObamaCare is nullified, it could be the end of Obama’s radical health care takeover. Matt went down to South Carolina to cheer on this important effort. The State House already passed the measure. Now it’s the Senate’s turn to act. Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could set a precedent for the rest of the country. Americans are fed up with the health care takeover. Premiums are going up across the country. Hard working citizens are losing their coverage. The economy is in trouble and ObamaCare only makes it worse. The American people have spoken - and they don’t want the health care takeover any longer. Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could be an important first step in repealing the law nationwide. According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, “if enough states do this…it will gut ObamaCare.” And Judge Napolitano understands the Constitution and our governing system of federalism, unlike John Roberts. The mainstream media celebrates this omnibus budget as a huge “bi-partisan” success. But patriots like you know the truth.  You were sold out. Voters Care About Jobs and ObamaCare in 2014 2014 is a mid-term election year and everyone is asking: what issues do voters care about most? ObamaCare will be one of the biggest topics on voters’ minds this November according to a new FreedomWorks national poll. We surveyed 1000 registered voters from both political parties and the results weren’t surprising: a majority of Americans are focused on job creation and health care in 2014. These results aren’t surprising because the economy is a mess, even while ObamaCare causes an increasing number of Americans to lose their jobs. Unemployment is still at an historic high. Job creators are tied up from bundles of Washington’s red tape. The Obama economy is a disaster because of his policies, and the American people are getting sick of it.
