Make DC Listen! Ted Cruz is standing up for America. Now it is time for America to stand with Ted Cruz. Senator Cruz's marathon filibuster is having the intended effect. The Republican Establishment and the left are afraid. They see that America stands with Senator Cruz and are afraid we will defund Obamacare and take the power away from them. Thanks to a procedural move, Harry Reid will probably be able to force an end to Senator Cruz's filibuster later today. Then the Democrats will strip out the provision defunding Obamacare and send the bill back to the House of Representatives. The fight is not over. First, everyone needs to be burning up the phone lines to their Senators and their Congressman. We may still be able to peel enough Democrats to stop Obamacare. There are enough red state Democrats who are in fear of losing their bids for reelection. If we do not, then we have to get the Republicans in the House of Representatives to stand firm. Yesterday, the establishment Republicans, along with liberal Democrats, were making the rounds, complaining about Ted Cruz and his filibuster. They would not be doing this if they were not worried.
