There has been a new development in the case of Jahi McMath, 13, who has been declared brain-dead just days after undergoing surgery to have her tonsils removed.er family is already devastated enough but now they are fighting the hospital, which wants to take her off life support against their wishes.

2013 Was Banner Year for Putting Abortion Practitioners Out of Business
This year was a banner year for abortion-related discipline. Several abortionists came to the attention of regulators due to complaints and publicity from Operation Rescue, which took their complaints to medical boards, health departments, and even to the Federal Election Commission and into court to shut down shoddy or illegal abortion businesses.
“We are especially excited when one of our complaints, or a situation that we helped uncover results in closed clinics and disciplined abortionists. North Dakota Government Tells Court: “There is No Right to Abortion”
Every so often the government gets it right on abortion.
While the federal government and most states are fully prepared to push unlimited abortion on demand paid for at taxpayer expenses without any limits whatsoever, some governments still understand that human rights begin when human life begins — at conception, before birth. Such is the case with the state government of North Dakota.

Parents Win $50 Million in Wrongful Birth Lawsuit, They Wish He Was Never Born?
Parents Brock and Rhea Wuth were awarded $50 million by a Washington jury for the “wrongful birth” of their five-year-old son, Oliver. Oliver was born with an “unbalanced chromosome translocation,” a genetic defect that affects the little boy mentally and physically.

FALSE: Sebelius is Wrong: Obamacare Web Site Doesn’t List Which Plans Cover Abortion
The Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), the education and research arm of the Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List), today released new information exposing the ongoing abortion transparency problems during implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
The SBA List called on Congress to immediately vote on the Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (S. 1848) introduced today by Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS), which would require clear disclosure of abortion coverage for each plan offered on the new health insurance exchanges. Little Three-Year-Old Boy Survives a Rare Five-Organ Transplant
Little Adonis Ortiz was born with a medical problem: he was born with his intestines outside his abdominal wall. To correct the issue, doctors had to spend hours operating on Adonis in a surgery that eventually gave him five new organs.

Belgian Kids Get the Ultimate Christmas Present: Euthanasia
The outcome was expected, but observers overseas were astonished at the margin of victory. By a vote of 50 to 17, the Belgian Senate approved euthanasia for children. When the bill finally passes – which now seems quite certain – there will be no age limit for choosing to die at the hands of Belgian doctor. The next step is a vote in the lower house, which will probably take place in May.
The conditions for euthanasia are vague.
