Harry Reid Needs to Take a Class at FreedomWorks University Harry Reid just went “nuclear.” He found a parliamentary loophole to change the Senate’s rules without allowing any debate. Now, the minority party can no longer filibuster presidential nominations. Reid’s move is tyranny of the majority over the minority. The American people deserve to know who will be in charge of programs that affect their lives – but Harry’s rule change put a stop to that. America’s government was designed so that big changes couldn’t happen without substantial debate. With this new rule change, Obama’s radical nominees will breeze through the nomination process without any significant debate.
