| | Alexandria Tea Party and the Obamacare Truth Squad will be among the groups on the Supreme Court steps next Wednesday during oral arguments in the King v. Burwell case.
The case points a dagger at the heart of Obamacare in the 37 states that have not adopted state exchanges. If the King case goes our way, Virginians will no longer be subject to Obamacare mandates and penalties.
Please join us in showing the Justices that we, like most Americans, don't want this law and have never supported it.

March 4th, the court will be hearing oral arguments in the King v. Burwell case that deals with Obamacare subsidies. Many are saying that this could be the lynch pin that brings Obamacare down.
Do you remember all of the work you did to urge states not to set up their own exchanges so that the Federal government would be forced to set up exchanges in the states? This case is before the Supreme Court in large part because of the huge role you played in that effort.

We have been in front of the Supreme Court during the oral arguments and decisions for both the individual mandate case as well as the Hobby Lobby case, and we intend to have a presence there this time as well.
If you are in the DC area, please come out to rally with us. The opposition will surely be out in full force and we need to be able to counter their showing.
Other organizations such as Competitive Enterprise Institute, American Enterprise Institute, Heritage, FreedomWorks, American Commitment, Galen Institute, and others will be joining us that day as well.
