Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR) has hit his opponent, Tom Cotton, with the claim that he wants to hurt Medicare by repealing Obamacare. While it is true that Tom Cotton wants to repeal Obamacare, it certainly isn't in an effort to hurt seniors. Obamacare cuts $716 billion in funding for Medicare.
