Incomprehensible: President Obama compares the human rights violations of Malaysia to the U.S.
In the midst of a multi-million dollar Asian tour, President Obama became the first president since Lyndon B. Johnson to visit Malaysia. The Obama Administration has referred to the country as an "emerging partner," but the alliance is truly bizarre given Malaysia's record on human rights. On radio this morning, Glenn played the audio of President Obama at a press conference with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib, in which the President makes a head scratching human rights comparison between the Southeast Asian nation and the U.S. WATCH

Sharyl Attkisson: Press freedom under Obama Administration will be seen as a 'historic time of restrictions'
In March, veteran investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson made headlines when she announced her resignation from CBS News. Attikisson was known for her relentless coverage of the terror attacks in Benghazi and the Fast and Furious scandal even when her colleagues seemed to shy away from the stories. On radio this morning, Attkisson joined Glenn to discuss her forthcoming book Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama's Washington and the state of journalism in the United States. Gohmert: Benghazi talking points "an intentional misleading of the American public"
A year and a half after the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya killed four Americans, news organizations and watchdog groups are still uncovering documents and reports that further undermine the Obama Administration's narrative in the days and weeks following the attack. On Tuesday's Glenn Beck Program, Dana Loesch filled in for Glenn and was joined by Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX) to discuss new emails obtained by Judicial Watch via the Freedom of Information Act that confirm what most Americans knew all along – Benghazi was a cover up. Glenn reacts to the lifetime ban of LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling
On Tuesday, NBA commissioner Adam Silver held a press conference to hand down a lifetime ban and $2.5 million fine to Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Silver also called on the NBA Board of Governors to exercise its authority to force a sale of the team. While Glenn has certainly never fancied himself a sports fan, he has had trouble reconciling the various calls for Sterling being forced out of the league. On radio this morning, Glenn explained that while Sterling is undoubtedly a "dirt bag," the free market should have decided Sterling and his franchise's ultimate fate. WATCH

Major updates in the case of Connecticut teen Justina Pelletier
After months of false leads and dead ends, there have been some promising updates in the case of Connecticut teen Justina Pelletier. The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families took custody of Justina after her parents disputed the diagnosis doctors at Boston Children's Hospital handed down. Boston Children's Hospital said the then 15-year-old had a psychiatric disorder – not mitochondrial disease, which her parents had been treating her for at the direction of another doctor. Learn more about the latest developments HERE.

'That's heartbreaking': Shaquille O'Neal under fire for mocking fan with rare disorder on Instagram
While the media's attention is focused squarely on Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, there is another story featuring an NBA legend that is as sad as it is offensive. Former Los Angeles Lakers center Shaquille O'Neal posted a picture on Instagram — mockingly captioned "smile today" — showing his face alongside Michigan man Jahmel Binion. The only problem? Binion's missing teeth and abnormal hair growth O'Neal is seemingly poking fun at are a result of a rare disorder called ectodermal dysplasia. See the Instagram post and Glenn's reaction HERE.

Operation Experimentation: The U.S. government's terrifying history of human experiments
Yesterday, Stu took a deeper look at the Tuskegee Experiment to prove how the government is all too capable of doing horrible things in the name of the 'common good.' Unfortunately, that wasn't the only time the US government experimented on its citizens. Read here for more examples… if you dare… HERE.
