Ted Cruz calls for John Kerry's resignation after incendiary comments about Israel Secretary of State John Kerry has come under fire for comments he allegedly made in a closed-door meeting on Friday about the stalled peace talks between Israel and Palestine. According to the Daily Beast, Kerry told a group of "influential leaders" Israel risks becoming "an apartheid state" if there is no two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict soon.
