Glenn attacked for nonviolent response to Bundy conflict, has a message for critics
Glenn is in Los Angeles, California this week working on what he described as "some really great things." And on radio this morning, Glenn discussed a memo he sent out to some of the writers, editors, and executives at TheBlaze late last night that offered some context for the positions he took on the standoff in Nevada between the federal government and Cliven Bundy and the path he believes will inform the company and, ultimately, the country in the coming weeks, months, and years. Glenn: We don't need Al Sharpton & the fascist parade to drum people out of business
The overwhelming reaction to the racist audio that allegedly features of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is that the man has no business in the NBA. While Sterling's viewpoints are undoubtedly offensive, does the league really want to set a precedent of forcibly removing individuals who make offensive comments in private conversations? Al Sharpton has joined the crowd calling for Sterling's head – threatening to organize a boycott. On radio this morning, Glenn explained why we do not need "Al Sharpton and the fascist parade" to "drum people out of business." WATCH

What happened when Cass Sunstein was asked if a fetus should have the same rights as a horse?
President Obama's former 'regulatory czar' and progressive icon Cass Sunstein has a new book out in which he ponders why topics like "perfectly rational people sometimes believe crazy conspiracy theories," climate change, same-sex marriage, animal rights, and more. During a recent forum about the book at the National Constitution Center, an audience member posed a very strange question to Sunstein: "Should a fetus have the same rights as a horse?" His answer was even more bizarre. WATCH

Ted Cruz calls for John Kerry's resignation after incendiary comments about Israel
Secretary of State John Kerry has come under fire for comments he allegedly made in a closed-door meeting on Friday about the stalled peace talks between Israel and Palestine. According to the Daily Beast, Kerry told a group of "influential leaders" Israel risks becoming "an apartheid state" if there is no two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict soon. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) took to the Senate floor on Tuesday to issue a scathing critique in which he calls for Kerry's resignation. WATCH

What does it mean to be free in today's society?
Glenn is on the road this week, broadcasting from the progressive mecca of Los Angeles, California, but he took a moment to pen a blog about the importance of individual responsibility and freedom. 'The hijacking of private property rights': Texas AG discusses the BLM's latest land grab
Amidst reports that the federal Bureau of Land Management is looking to claim 90,000 acres of land in northern Texas, Texas Governor Rick Perry has publicly warned the BLM to stay away from his state. During an appearance on Fox News last week, Gov. Perry condemned the "out of control" federal government that "already owns too much land." On last night's Glenn Beck Program, Stu filled in for Glenn and welcomed Texas attorney general and Republican gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott to discuss the land grab. Watch the interview HERE.

Comedian Louis C.K. takes to Twitter to lash out against Common Core
If past comments are any indication, "America's undisputed king of comedy" Louis C.K. is certainly not a champion of conservative causes. But the comedian caused quite a stir on Twitter Monday when he seemingly came out against Common Core testing. Check out the tweets and Glenn's response HERE.

Another example of a horrible thing government has done for the 'common good'
Did the United States government really inject men with Syphilis and leave them to die? Did it do this because it hated black people? The answer to both those questions is: No. But Stu's latest 'Antisocial Monologue' offers a fascinating look into the Tuskegee Experiment, which is just one example of how the government is all too capable of doing horrible things in the name of the 'common good.'
