The future of America after King v. Burwell

Yesterday the Supreme Court decided the long awaited King v. Burwell case.  If the name doesn't immediately ring a bell, it is the case that would decide the fate of Obamacare.   In a stunning 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld the subsidies to individuals who are on Obamacare who live in states that have not set up state healthcare exchanges.  They managed to do this, despite the plain language in the Obamacare statute that subsidies were only available through state exchanges.   Conservatives are ranting about this decision but no one is talking about the future.  What will the future bring now that the Supreme Court has done everything it can to protect Obamacare?
