Twenty-one years after ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow's landmark Supreme Court victory defending the religious liberty of churches, we won another major victory for the same church. Victory Report: Lamb's Chapel Wins Again! We helped secure two major unanimous victories at the Supreme Court, on the same day. We represented the Speaker of the House, defeating President Obama's unconstitutional non-recess appointments.
