It has been 91 days that Virginian's have been denied a budget for the upcoming fiscal year because Governor Terry McAuliffe is holding it hostage to the implementation of Obamacare in Virginia.
All Virginia localities depend on the state budget for their operation and are now being held hostage while Governor McAuliffe threatens a government shutdown if he doesn't get his way.
Too many Virginians are unaware of the looming debacle if Virginia doesn't have a budget in place by July 1st.
