Tea Party Patriots is holding a big rally on Sept. 10th at the Capitol to stop Obamacare. Speakers include Senators Ted Cruz and Rand Paul. ATP will be there in force to help the Obamacare Truth Squad hand out the Water Cooler cards with two questions everyone should ask their employer: Can we keep our plan? And when will we see the savings in our paycheck?
Obamacare offends all three ATP core values - limited government under the Constitution, free markets, and fiscal responsibility. Moreover, it upends the relationship between citizens and their government, putting government on top where it doesn't belong. Not to mention 17,000 new IRS agents combing through your bank accounts, a new monster data hub that is insecure and will leak your personal information to people who shouldn't have it, the propagandists being paid $150,000 a year, etc., etc., etc. (see ObamacareTruthSquad.com - all the bad stuff about Obamacare in one place).

Senators Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, and others are scheduled to speak.
Please make every possible effort to be there to make a very big statement to Congress.
Remember over three years ago when we fought tooth-and-nail to try to stop the passage of Obamacare by a Democrat-controlled Congress?
Since then we elected a Republican House of Representatives and we expect them to do the right thing - the thing we elected them to do - and that is to use the power of the House to STOP Government-run healthcare before it worms its way throughout the fabric of our society. Is this the last chance to stop Obamacare? We believe the answer is no - but it offers the best hope of averting the pain and gaining the higher ground in the battle over healthcare - before our opponents put their system in place. Before economically-burdened Americans become dependent upon government for their very health. Before the government has collected our most private medical and financial data and given un-cleared 'navigators' access to the same!
