The 40 foot mobile screening unit is designed for your convenience. We are located right in your community and provide a private and comfortable environment for you.

What to expect:

You will walk up 2-3 steps to enter the mobile unit and be greeted by the team. You will fill out some paperwork as you sit in the waiting area. You will then be called into a private room for your tests.

Other notable items:

• Certain medical conditions may prevent us from performing some of the tests.

• Please bring a valid photo ID

• Expedite your screening experience by pre-completing your health history form. Log into your online portal and click "Fill" on Health Assessment Form.

Test preparation instructions:

• Wear a loose-fitting, 2-piece outfit

• Do not wear turtlenecks

• Do not wear pantyhose

• Do not wear body lotion or perfume, deodorant is okay

• Fast for a minimum of four hours before your appointment

• Water and medication are acceptable to take

• If you are diabetic and are not comfortable fasting, please limit yourself to a “diabetic meal” (piece of toast, 1 cup of juice and ½ cup coffee or tea). If you are in doubt, please follow your diabetic care plan.
