This is what they're for?

Organizing for Action
Robert --

You need to know about this:

Late on Tuesday night, Mitch McConnell and his caucus forced a budget through the Senate on a nearly party-line vote.

The budget they passed puts a big target square on the backs of the middle class, and on those fighting to join it. They would slash programs that working families rely on, while going out of their way to protect millionaires and special interests.

We're the only ones who can stand in the way of this budget becoming reality -- add your name right now and say you'll fight any budget that doesn't reflect America's values.

Budgets might seem boring to some, but they are a statement about what's important to us as a country -- and what's not.

We've been fighting to bring health care to millions of Americans. We think that's important. Senator McConnell's budget would torpedo Obamacare -- it would strip health care coverage from millions, and take us back to the days when insurance companies could discriminate against women and people with pre-existing conditions.

We believe America does best when the middle class does better. That's why we've been fighting to raise the minimum wage and expand access to paid leave.

Senator McConnell's budget is focused on helping the wealthiest Americans get even further ahead, and more free giveaways to his special interest friends, including continuing wasteful tax breaks for oil and gas companies who don't need them.

This is what they're all about, and it's what they'll keep trying to do if we don't stand together to stop them.

We need your voice in this fight. Add your name today:
