Hi, Maybe you know this story because it's yours, too. Seven years ago when I got my start in grassroots organizing, I quickly learned how to talk about why this work is so important -- and I went right out and started having conversations. That's still at the heart of what I do every day: talk to people, tell them why this movement is so important to me, and why I'm involved. What helped hook me was that getting started was so simple -- the resources were right there for me. The final push for health care enrollment couldn't be more important. You couldn't find a more meaningful way to make a difference in your community. Say you'll do your part in this all-hands-on-deck push -- and we'll make sure you have the resources you need to get started in talking to friends and family members about getting covered. As organizers, we have a lot to be proud of. Health care reform, and the millions of Americans who can get the peace of mind that comes with being covered, is something that wouldn't have happened without people like us. But this work isn't over. There are still millions of people who need to get covered -- and I bet there are a few people you know and care about. Add your name to say you'll help out -- there's just one week left: http://my.barackobama.com/Do-Your-Part-Today-For-Obamacare Thanks, Jennifer Jennifer Warner National Organizing Director Organizing for Action | |
