Ted Cruz’s bill to repeal ObamaCare has 51 supporters in the Senate.
That’s a solid majority. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has no more excuses.
I’m tired of the delay, and I know you are too. Republicans ran on the promise to repeal ObamaCare. Now they need to keep their word.
With 51 votes, the Senate can use reconciliation to pass the bill that repeals ObamaCare. The House of Representatives already acted. House Republicans listened to the American people. They passed a full repeal. They stood up to Obama.
Mitch McConnell needs to follow their lead. He wouldn’t be Majority Leader if he didn’t pledge to repeal ObamaCare root and branch. Now Mitch needs to earn his role as the Senate Republican leader.
The first step is to repeal ObamaCare.
