Grand Jury Indicts Parents Who Raped 11-Year-Old Daughter, Took Her for Abortion
A grand jury has indicted parents of an 11-year-old girl in West Virginia who were arrested after arranging for an abortion following a case of pregnancy after incest. West Virginia State Police say they consented to the abortion and the abortion clinic in question didn’t report the abortion to authorities.
Michael and Amanda Adkins were arrested on charges of child neglect causing the risk of injury. Mother Charged With Poisoning and Killing Her Baby, Who Had Down Syndrome
A Louisiana woman was booked Wednesday on charges she killed her 17-month-old toddler by injecting her baby, Lucas Ruiz, with a hand santizer. The official cause of death was “acute ethanol intoxication,” the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office told the New Orleans Times-Picayune newspaper.
Lucas, who died January 24, was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect, according to reporter Paul Purpura. On Tuesday the mother, Erika Wigstrom, confessed to using Germ-X, whose active ingredient is ethyl alcohol, but described the baby’s death as a “mercy killing.” http://www.lifenews.com/2014/03/14/mother-charged-with-poisoning-and-killing-her-baby-who-had-down-syndrome/
Ambulances Surround Planned Parenthood as Woman Injured During Abortion
Pro-life activists photographed two ambulances responding to a medical emergency at Planned Parenthood in Boston, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, March 13, 2014. A patient was loaded into one of the ambulances and whisked away to a local hospital for emergency care.

It is funny–in both the ha-ha and ironical senses–that those who often scream most loudly against the “death panel” meme often follow, sotto voce, ”But we need death panels.” The fact is that most of those in the technocratic classes want to medically discriminate against those who are seen as health care “takers” or perceived to have a lower quality of life.

Indian Mother Surprised as She Gives Birth to Very Rare Conjoined Twins
An Indian mother too poor to be able to afford an ultrasound that could have prepared her beforehand, was surprised to give birth to conjoined twins. The babies, weighing 7lbs 7oz were born on Tuesday at a local hospital.
Doctors fear the babies, who have two heads, two necks and two spines but share one body, will not live long. According to the London Daily Mail, Urmila Sharma, 28, gave birth to conjoined twins at Cygnus JK Hindu Hospital in Sonipat, Haryana, in northern India. Rand Paul: Republicans Should Agree to Disagree on Social Issues
Rand Paul is a pro-life Senator from Kentucky who appears poised to become one of the candidates for the Republican nomination for president in 2016. Although he has a strong pro-life voting record, Paul may turn himself off to pro-life voters with what he said in an interview today.
Paul said in an interview that Republicans should agree to disagree on social issues.
