Please see below. -- Steve Robert Bruce, On May 16 (in just 6 days) my friend and colleague Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel will stand before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and make what will likely be the final serious court challenge to ObamaCare before its full implementation on January 1.Mat's team has the only court case in the Circuit Court Of Appeals that could reach the Supreme Court and defeat ObamaCare this year. This Liberty Counsel case presents a clear, convincing and direct challenge to ObamaCare on constitutional grounds -- that both the employer mandate and the abortion mandate are unconstitutional.
