SCOTUS has met its match

SCOTUS has met its match.

Dear Robert,

This week saw two resounding defeats for freedom, as five and six Supreme Court justices took it upon themselves to legislate healthcare and define marriage for 320 million Americans.

Senator Tom Coburn said the Court's ruling on Obamacare reveals there is "no longer any balance of power in the federal government" and Justice Scalia dissented in Obergefell v. Hodges, saying the Court is acting as the Ruler of every American from coast-to-coast.

But SCOTUS won't have the final word.

A Convention of States can safely, effectively limit the Supreme Court's power to legislate from the bench, bolstering each state's ability to decide fundamental issues for their own citizens.

The movement is gaining momentum, and Americans across the country are coming together to help take back their country.
How to fight judicial overreach. Here are four things you can do TODAY to fight the unilateral decisions of the Supreme Court.
Why we need a Convention of States. The Founders predicted this would happen, and they provided a way for the American people to decentralize authority.

P.S. If you want to take action to stop federal judicial overreach, then please consider joining with Senator Tom Coburn and giving to the Convention of States Project. This is the only way we can truly Guard Our Independence.
