| | SCOTUS has met its match. Dear Robert, This week saw two resounding defeats for freedom, as five and six Supreme Court justices took it upon themselves to legislate healthcare and define marriage for 320 million Americans. Senator Tom Coburn said the Court's ruling on Obamacare reveals there is "no longer any balance of power in the federal government" and Justice Scalia dissented in Obergefell v. Hodges, saying the Court is acting as the Ruler of every American from coast-to-coast. But SCOTUS won't have the final word. A Convention of States can safely, effectively limit the Supreme Court's power to legislate from the bench, bolstering each state's ability to decide fundamental issues for their own citizens. The movement is gaining momentum, and Americans across the country are coming together to help take back their country. | | Be a leader. Want to help in the fight against federal tyranny?
