Throughout this week, we are counting down 8 reasons to support We The Patriots USA leading up to Giving Tuesday. REASON #4: Give to We The Patriots USA for Healthcare. Healthcare has become a hot topic the last few years. There are many different opinions on healthcare treatments and services. Ultimately, at We The Patriots USA, we support medical freedom and each individual's right to choose what is right for their body. We believe medical freedom, and religious freedom in relation to medical interventions, is a basic right for all people. This includes healthcare personnel. Our healthcare workers were hailed as heroes in 2020. Parades were organized and commercials were produced to thank them for their service. Then came 2021 and a divide grew between our healthcare heroes and healthcare has-beens. The divide isn't about the healthcare services each group provides. Rather, we are now condemning healthcare personnel for their own personal medical decisions they make for their own bodies. And in some circumstances they are even being forced to receive a medical treatment despite an objection based on their personal religious beliefs. At We The Patriots USA, we have stood up for our healthcare personnel in a big way. In our legal update at the bottom of this email, you can read an update on our court case docketed at the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of New York Healthcare workers and We The Patriots USA. But that's not all that is happening in healthcare. There is also disagreements about the proper treatment protocols for patients inflicted with COVID-19. Physicians take the Hippocratic Oath and promise to treat each individual patient to the best of their ability. It is a doctor's responsibility to prescribe medication and to advise the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual person's circumstances. And yet, physician prescribed medication is being denied to people like Veteran Marine Bill Salier. We The Patriots USA fully funded a lawsuit on behalf of Bill Salier who was refused ivermectin at a Walmart pharmacy in Minnesota when he fell seriously ill with the covid bioweapon. We hope you will consider supporting our efforts at We The Patriots USA, because our healthcare personnel have the same rights as you and I. And also because our physicians need to be free to prescribe us all lifesaving treatments for our own individual healthcare needs and nobody should deny them that right. Teryn, who is 22 weeks pregnant with her second child, was fired after she requested a religious exemption to the Tour's mask and covid testing mandates. Teryn reached out to We The Patriots USA for help, and we have answered the call. We have secured counsel for her, and will be fully funding her legal expenses, with your help. The total cost of her legal fees will be $50,000. Bill Salier Lawsuit Against Walmart Last month we told you that we would be fully funding a lawsuit against Walmart on behalf of Bill Salier, a U.S. Marine who was denied life-saving ivermectin to treat a severe case of covid suffered by Bill and his wife. We are pleased to report that Bill and his wife officially signed the legal engagement paperwork and submitted it to our attorneys last Friday, and we have wired payment in full for $50,000 to our attorneys so they can get to work filing the complaint in court. As soon as the lawsuit is filed, we will notify you and provide you with a link to view the complaint. New York Healthcare Workers Lawsuit at the U.S. Supreme Court Our federal lawsuit in defense of NY healthcare workers, We The Patriots USA, Inc. et al. v. Kathy Hochul, et al. is currently pending review by the U.S. Supreme Court. We are hopeful that Justice Sotomayor will refer our petition for emergency relief to the full court, and that a decision will be issued soon.
