Robert --
Last month was the 54th anniversary of the passage of Medicare and Medicaid.
We’re only about 15,000 names away from reaching 54,000 signatures from those of you who agree with us about how important it is to protect Medicare and Medicaid from budget cuts.
Will you take a second to add your name in support of these critical programs? Robert Alexander Medicare and Medicaid Petition Signature? No signature as of 08/05/2019 | |
| Joe Biden understands how important Medicare is for older Americans and individuals with disabilities.
And he understands how important Medicaid is for millions of the most vulnerable Americans, including individuals in nursing homes.
That’s why his health care plan will strengthen and protect these crucial programs, NOT start from scratch and leave Americans without a safety net.
A Biden Administration would provide premium-free access to a public option -- with the full scope of Medicaid benefits -- for people who would otherwise qualify for Medicaid, but were denied access by governors or state legislatures.
As president, Biden will continue to defend our nation’s commitment to older Americans and people with disabilities through Medicare, and he will keep Medicare as a separate and distinct program, and ensure there is no disruption to the current Medicare system.
But Robert, he can’t do it alone. Please, can you take a second to sign Joe’s petition? We don’t have a signature from you yet and we need everyone signing on if we want to reach 54,000: https://go.joebiden.com/Medicare-and-Medicaid-Anniversary
Thanks for your help, Biden 2020 |
