Barack Obama held a news conference yesterday. 
The purpose of his infomercial was to announce a "fix" for Obamacare. The press conference was typical Obama. Nothing was his fault. Obama decide he was going to impose a fix, ignore the Constitution and provide political cover for the Democrats so they would not be annihilated in the 2014 elections.
