Buta and I were interviewed by WJLA!

We have just under three weeks left til Election Day, and I hope you will be hearing from me by November 8th as your new Loudoun's Commonwealth's Attorney.

(That is if you can call me "new" since I've done the job twice before!)

Did you see - WJLA interviewed both Buta and me a few days ago!
Reporter Nick Minock put Buta in the hot seat for a moment, and I could not believe what came out of her mouth.

Actually, I'll post it here for you to see.

Remember Regina Redman, the woman who was allegedly killed by her husband with a hammer after being let out on bond for allegedly assaulting her the first time?

Mr. Minock pressed Buta about this issue, to which Buta attempted to pass the buck around as she always does:

"There are other responsibilities of other agencies to have kept the victim on notice...as to what the actions were of the aggressor. Right? That's not our ability to be able to do that."

I've never known anyone to talk in circles more than Buta. The blame ALWAYS has to land on someone else. In this case, that someone else is "other agencies" that, of course, shall remain mysteriously nameless.

I wonder what she would have said had Mr. Minock asked her who these other agencies were.

The sad thing is, this kind of thing has happened again SINCE Regina Redman was killed. There was another incident where someone was released on a no-cash bond in Loudoun and went out and killed someone in Fairfax!

And this will keep happening over and over while Buta remains in the office of Commonwealth's Attorney.

In the interview, Buta also said she would protect women (like Regina?) and access to abortion services.

But here it is in her own words:

"You can either vote for him and ensure that there will be prosecutions for individuals who are accessing healthcare, or the choice is myself, which means that we will not be prosecuting women for making those decisions."

This is ridiculous nonsense.

Buta is trying to inflame the public on a legislative issue that she doesn't even have any involvement in as a prosecutor!

This is simply a diversion tactic to deflect people away from some of the major issues she has!

I know the people of Loudoun are smarter than that, and I am relying on them to rally around to get Buta out of office!

And to get there, I must rely on you, too. Would you help me reach more Loudoun voters? My October goal of $15,000 is not quite there yet, and any amount will add up quickly at this point. Just $10, $20, or $50 will be tremendously helpful. If you could send more - $100, $200, $500, $1000, $2000, or more, we can get this ship moving quickly!

Thank you for your generosity and your trust in me!

I will always do my best to protect the people of Loudoun and carry myself with integrity and diligence.

Donate today!

Sincerely,

Hon. Bob Anderson, Esq.

Republican Nominee

Loudoun Commonwealth Attorney, 1996-2003
