The Obama administration has made funding the Planned Parenthood abortion business a top priority during two terms and the administration has just announced another $5.6 million for the abortion corporation. The grants to various affiliates of the Planned Parenthood abortion business came via the Department of Health and Human Services.

ACLU Loses Lawsuit in Attempt to Force Catholic Hospital to Do Abortions
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is certainly no stranger to clashing with the Catholic Church over its pro-life position. This is especially the case when it comes to Catholic hospitals refusing to perform abortions. A lawsuit from 2013 over such an incident has now been thrown out by a federal judge in Michigan.

Man Stabs and Beats His Pregnant Girlfriend Screaming “I Will Kick That Baby Out of You”
In the United Kingdom, 20-year-old Simon Easterbrook stabbed his pregnant ex-girlfriend with a knife and beat her while screaming “I’m going to kick that baby out of you.” The woman, who was 18-weeks pregnant, broke up with Easterbrook earlier that year and he was seeking revenge.

SCOTUS has met its match.

Dear Robert,

This week saw two resounding defeats for freedom, as five and six Supreme Court justices took it upon themselves to legislate healthcare and define marriage for 320 million Americans.

Senator Tom Coburn said the Court's ruling on Obamacare reveals there is "no longer any balance of power in the federal government" and Justice Scalia dissented in Obergefell v. Hodges, saying the Court is acting as the Ruler of every American from coast-to-coast.

But SCOTUS won't have the final word.

A Convention of States can safely, effectively limit the Supreme Court's power to legislate from the bench, bolstering each state's ability to decide fundamental issues for their own citizens.

The movement is gaining momentum, and Americans across the country are coming together to help take back their country.

How to fight judicial overreach. Here are four things you can do TODAY to fight the unilateral decisions of the Supreme Court.
