This week's show

Senator of Vermont Bernie Sanders wrote a piece this week about what we could learn from Denmark in the Huffington Post. Suffice it to say I found it so fascinating, I blogged about it

Thomas B. Edsall then wrote a piece "Why Can't America Be Sweden?" in the New York Times. The so called "Daron Acemoglu, an eminent economist at M.I.T." was quoted in the article attempting to and failing to explain why America just could not create a good safety net. His arguments were so poor that even a high school student with no economics courses could refute it. I left a comment that mimicked most. Most saw that this man was simply carrying water for the American Plutocracy.

Many of the austerity and small government ideologues are starting to feel the heat from the middle class and the examination off their theories all over the world as their failed policies continue to hurt them. Moreover, research is proving almost on a monthly basis the at best there is corruption in their data, but likely it is a fraud they have played on democratic societies.

Please call in and add to the discourse civilly.
