View this email in your browser DONATE Dear Friends: CAN YOU DONATE $5 TO HELP ME CONTINUE TO SERVE YOU IN RICHMOND?   In 2013, a prominent Republican was offered $100K to run against me in a primary.  You see, for all my 23 years in public office I have opposed Republican as well as Democrat tax hikes because my allegiance is to "we the people," period.     I won by only 498 votes last election.  My district was "changed" to a 55% Obama district!  Frankly, without my volunteers I might have lost.  Therefore, I beg your help today!   I have an active, very liberal Democrat opponent for 2015.  Governor McAuliffe wants to win territory for Hillary's presidential run.  We can't let him get his way!     I fought the 2013 tax hike, successfully sued against the Republican/Democrat scheme to set up unelected taxing authorities and will again try to defeat the new gas tax hike!    Some of my laws: streamlined paperwork for doing business with the Commonwealth; protected One-Man, One-Woman Marriage; diminished illegal immigration, protected Virginians from indefinite detention by federal authorities, protected personal privacy from "Real ID" and cell phone tracking without a warrant, challenged Obamacare (and I still am), stopped partial birth abortion/infanticide, enacted ethical stem cell therapy policies.   I ran for office because the people are sovereign with inalienable God-given rights that no government should usurp.  I want to continue to fight for you in Richmond with your help!   You know me!  I talk straight. On December 23, 22-day-old Betsey Stephens died from starvation and neglect after going at least seven hours without nutrition. Her parents, Ruby and Roy Stephens, discovered that their baby was unresponsive when they went to remove her from her car seat.
