The American Dream Act Home Ownership is still the American Dream, but it has been slipping out of reach for young people! We are working on a bill, The American Dream Act, to help with low cost housing availability. This bill will create a 5 year moratorium on capitol gains for someone age 65 or older who sells a rental home valued between $250k and $500k to a first time buyer. The majority of first time buyers are under age 32. This option will not be available to companies and or non-citizens. What are your thoughts? Australia: Up to 5 years in prison and mandatory detention before deportation Mexico: Up to 2 years in prison for first-time illegal entry. Up to 10 years if repeated or tied to other offenses. Saudi Arabia: Up to 2 years in prison, heavy fines, and whipping has historically been used. North Korea: Severe detention, forced labor, torture, and potential execution, treating such acts as grave political crimes against the state. They have overwhelmed our resources and many have robbed, raped, and killed American citizens. So far Trump has deported 2.5 million illegals. That number is not even close to how many illegals Bush and Obama deported.
