Obama Admin Takes Hobby Lobby to Supreme Court to Force it to Obey HHS Mandate
The Obama administration today filed papers taking the Christian craft store Hobby Lobby to the Supreme Court to make it comply with the HHS mandate that compels religious companies to pay for birth control and abortion-causing drugs for their employees.

In July, a federal court granted Hobby Lobby a preliminary injunction against the HHS abortion-drug mandate. The injunction prevented the Obama administration from enforcing the mandate against the Christian company, but the Obama administration appealed that ruling today. Pope Francis: Catholic Church Must Minister More to Women After Abortion
While not compromising the pro-life teachings of the Catholic Church or watering them down by saying they should be emphasized any less, Pope Francis said the Catholic Church must do more to minister to women who have had abortions.

The mainstream media today has misrepresented the Pope’s abortion views in a wide-ranging new interview, suggesting he is saying the Catholic Church should downplay it’s pro-life teachings. Senate Panel OKs Obama Judge Who Said Abortion Frees Women From “Conscription Into Maternity”
The Senate Judiciary Committee today approved pro-abortion Cornelia Pillard, a law professor President Barack Obama selected for an appointment to the most important appeals court in the nation.

Pillard has written some pretty outlandish things — but Senate Republicans are hoping circuit court opinions won’t be added to the list. The President’s pick for the D.C. Man Who Shot Up Pro-Life Office Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison
The man who shot up the offices of the Family Research Council on August 15, 2012, saying he wanted to kill “conservative right-wing Christians,” was sentenced to 25 years in prison today.

Corkins entered the lobby armed with a loaded semi-automatic pistol, 100 rounds of ammunition, and 15 Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Pro-Life Business Takes Obamacare to Supreme Court: Tear Down This Mandate
A pro-life-run company in Pennsylvania is taking the pro-abortion HHS mandate to the Supreme Court with a simple request: tear down this mandate.

Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing a Pennsylvania family and its woodworking business asked the U.S. Supreme Court Thursday to hear its lawsuit against the Obama administration’s abortion pill mandate, which could cost the family nearly $3 million per month in fines if it doesn’t agree to live contrary to its Christian convictions. Abortion Biz Failing to Report Statutory Rape of 13-Year-Old Hangs Up on Reporter
Staff at the Fort Wayne Women’s Health Organization abortion facility are not interested in talking to the media about how the abortion practitioner there failed to file a timely report on the abortion he did on a 13-year-old girl who was victimized by statutory rape.
